One of my first experimental voicerewhoremixes, made with a speech synthesizer and rebirth. The lyrics were borrowed from Maltese.
No fancy tricks were used to create it. I just loaded the text into the speech synth, and recorded the output with Wavelab. Then I used rebirth to create a drumtrack, also by live recording while listening to the text playing on a second pc, and sychronizing rebirth with that.(on 1min30s, the tracks are out of sync for about 15 seconds, but it takes good ears to really notice).
The last step was merging these 2 tracks, also done with wavelab. I think this track has a 'raw' sound, which fits the text quite well. Enjoy!
